Your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, and billing or receipt details.
Telehealth and Website Information
Appointment times and technical metadata from secure telehealth platforms.
Minimal website form submissions or analytics, only if you have consented.

To provide counselling services
To keep accurate clinical records as required by law

Consent and Legal Basis
We request knowledgeable consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, unless limited by legal or clinical requirements.
How Your Information Is Protected
Your records are stored in secure, access controlled systems.
All information is encrypted in transit.
Access is limited to regulated professionals directly involved in your care.
Records are retained according to Ontario standards, typically 10 years after your last session, or 10 years after a minor client turns 18.
When Information May Be Shared
Only with your explicit consent, such as when sharing updates with your physician.
Without consent only when legally required, such as imminent risk of harm, court orders, or mandatory reporting obligations.
Your Rights
You may request access to your record or ask for a correction.
You may contact us with any privacy concern.

Cookies and Third Party Tools
